Terms and Conditions – 1xgames Pakistan Gaming Platform

Welcome to 1xgames. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 1xgames ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). They apply to all use of the 1xgames website, mobile interface, and any services made available through the platform — including sports betting, live casino games, Andar Bahar, fishing games, and all associated features.

Please take the time to read these Terms properly before you register or place a bet. We have tried to write them in plain, accessible English rather than the kind of dense legal text that nobody actually reads. These Terms apply to your entire relationship with 1xgames — from the moment you visit the platform to the moment you close your account. They apply regardless of whether you access 1xgames through a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or any other device.

By registering an account on 1xgames, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and the associated Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.
• You are entering into this agreement voluntarily and with full understanding of its contents.
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and your own.
• You accept that these Terms may be updated from time to time, and that continued use of 1xgames after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use 1xgames, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. 1xgames is strictly an 18+ platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to close accounts found to belong to underage individuals, with all balances forfeited.
• Location: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where using 1xgames is not prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether using the platform is lawful where you are located.
• Single account: You may only hold one registered account on 1xgames. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different names or payment details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
• Own identity: You must register using your own real name, CNIC number, and contact details. Registering under a false or another person's identity is grounds for immediate permanent suspension.
• Not self-excluded: If you have previously self-excluded from 1xgames, you may not create a new account during the exclusion period.

1xgames reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC and proof of address — at any point. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may be restricted or closed.

Your 1xgames account is personal to you. You are responsible for everything that happens in it. Specifically:

• You must keep your password secure and not share it with anyone — including family members. 1xgames will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact us at support@1xgames.ws immediately. We will review the activity and take appropriate action.
• All bets placed from your account — whether by you or someone who accessed your account — are your responsibility. We will not reverse bets on the basis that another person placed them.
• You must keep your registered contact details (mobile number, email address) up to date. 1xgames uses these to send transaction confirmations, OTPs for withdrawals, and important account notifications.
• You must not allow any third party to use your 1xgames account on your behalf.

All financial transactions on 1xgames are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 500 for bank transfer and card payments.
• All deposits must come from accounts, cards, or wallets registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 1xgames does not charge any deposit fee. Your payment provider may apply its own charges — check with them if unsure.
• Deposits are credited to your 1xgames wallet immediately for mobile wallets and within 15–30 minutes for IBFT and card payments.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer and card withdrawals.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account in your own name, matching your registered 1xgames identity.
• First-time withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification — typically completed within a few hours of document submission.
• 1xgames targets Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawal processing within 10 minutes, 24 hours a day. IBFT transfers typically complete within 30–60 minutes.
• 1xgames reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Funds that were deposited but never used in any bet may be subject to verification before withdrawal at 1xgames' discretion.

1xgames offers various bonuses and promotions including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses at 1xgames:

• One welcome bonus per player: The welcome bonus is available to newly registered players only, on their first deposit. Only one welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means you must bet a total of 10 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn). The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated in its terms.
• Qualifying bets: Not all bets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets at odds below a minimum threshold may contribute at a reduced rate. Live casino bets may contribute differently from sports bets. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the promotional period stated in the offer terms will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Abuse prevention: 1xgames actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse — including coordinated betting, hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, and multi-accounting. Any account found to be abusing bonus structures will have bonuses cancelled and may be permanently suspended.
• Withdrawal before wagering completion: If you request a withdrawal while bonus wagering requirements remain incomplete, 1xgames reserves the right to remove the bonus and any winnings generated from it before processing the withdrawal of your deposited real-money balance.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 1xgames:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation with a unique reference number from 1xgames. Bets not confirmed by the system are void and will not be honoured.
• Odds: All odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. 1xgames reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors — bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds (such as a strong favourite listed at 100.0 due to a technical error) may be voided, and we reserve the right to do so at our discretion.
• Event cancellations: If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before a result is reached, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules per sport are available in the sports betting help section.
• In-play betting: Live betting markets update in real time. Bets placed during internet connectivity issues — where the odds visible to you may not reflect the current market — are placed at your own risk. 1xgames does not accept responsibility for late bet submissions caused by network delays on the player's side.
• Bet limits: Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets. The specific limits for each market are displayed at the point of bet placement on 1xgames.
• Resultation: 1xgames uses official scores and results from recognised governing bodies. In the case of disputed or amended results, we reserve the right to delay settlement until the outcome is officially confirmed.

All live casino games on 1xgames — including Andar Bahar, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, and Dragon Tiger — are provided by certified third-party game studios. The following rules apply:

• Each game is governed by its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. These rules take precedence over general platform rules for the mechanics of that specific game.
• Once a bet is placed and the betting window has closed, it cannot be amended or cancelled. The result of the game round is final.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live game round, the result stands if it was determined before the failure occurred. Bets placed before a disconnection will be settled according to the outcome recorded by the game server.
• 1xgames does not accept claims for wins or losses arising from misunderstanding of game rules. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of each game before placing a bet.
• The minimum bet amounts for live casino tables on 1xgames start from Rs 200. VIP tables may carry higher minimums, as displayed at each table.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1xgames. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on 1xgames, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment credentials, or any form of financial crime.
• Using 1xgames for the purpose of money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Abusing the bonus system — including using multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other strategies designed specifically to extract bonus value without genuine risk.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any 1xgames employee or other player in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

1xgames is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is entertainment — it should never be used as a method to generate income or to recover financial losses. We take our obligations to player welfare seriously.

1xgames provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you deposit. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Set an alert that notifies you when you have been playing for a defined length of time.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from 1xgames. During exclusion, your account is suspended and you will not receive marketing communications. To apply for self-exclusion, contact support@1xgames.ws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from 1xgames without prior written consent.
• The 1xgames name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the platform. Use of these marks without authorisation is prohibited.
• Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios, subject to their own licensing agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 1xgames' liability to you is limited as follows:

• 1xgames is not liable for losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes.
• 1xgames is not liable for losses caused by interruptions to service, including server downtime, maintenance, internet outages, or force majeure events beyond our control.
• 1xgames is not liable for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms — including losses incurred before account suspension for a rule breach.
• In no event will 1xgames' aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, minus any amounts withdrawn.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter where limitation of liability is prohibited by applicable law.

1xgames reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time. The following are examples of circumstances that may lead to account action:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account belongs to an underage player.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or pricing errors.
• Use of automated software or prohibited third-party tools.

In cases of confirmed fraud or serious breach, balances may be forfeited in full. In cases where the closure is initiated by 1xgames without fault on your part, your real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@1xgames.ws. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their outcomes. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course.

1xgames may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify active players via email or platform notification.

Your continued use of 1xgames after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically — particularly before using any new features or claiming any new promotions on 1xgames.

These Terms and your use of 1xgames are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to the appropriate legal jurisdiction as determined by 1xgames.

You agree that any dispute resolution process will be conducted in English unless otherwise agreed in writing. You also agree to exhaust 1xgames' internal complaints process before pursuing any external dispute resolution mechanism.
